I offer a free 30-minute discovery session to understand and assess your team’s and organization’s initial needs. A comprehensive proposal outlining actions, approach, duration and costs will then be presented, custom-tailored to your requirements.
DURATION
Each proposal details a timeline. Typically, my consulting services take between three and six months. A detailed action and time plan will be provided in the proposal and negotiated with clients to meet their needs and circumstances. Regular communication ensures alignment with your evolving needs and changes are always possible along the progress.
SETTING
The initial discovery session is flexible, conducted virtually or on-site. Subsequent sessions adapt to your preference—virtual, on-site, or hybrid—ensuring inclusivity and accommodating your organizational needs for advancing DEI initiatives.
