Inclusive Growth emerged from my own transformative journey as I approached my 40s and embarked on an exploration of identity as well as a commitment to serve my global community. My educational path spanned Lebanon, Germany, Ireland, the UK, the USA, India, Egypt, and the Netherlands, culminating in dual master’s degrees in cultural diversity management and conflict & development.

Decades of experience in international development unveiled my passion: to foster personal excellence and drive organizational change. I learned to embrace cultural contradictions, expose and overcome limiting beliefs, and continuously recognize and challenge the biases I hold. Along this journey, I also learned to immerse myself and thrive in the rich diversity gifted to me by family, friends, workplaces, communities, and society.

Understanding the challenges within diversity, I honed tools and frameworks to navigate change and transitions and elevate DEI and intercultural competencies. Today, as a certified coach, accredited Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI)™ administrator, and certified  Barret Values Center (BVC)™ facilitator, I empower my clients to lead inclusive transformations confidently.

Anchored in my core values, I created Inclusive Growth to serve others through DEI consulting and coaching to cultivate personal and professional success, nurture well-being, generate high-quality outcomes, and contribute to a more equitable world.
